K-Line Ag will be closing for an Annual Mid-Year Shutdown in the first week of July
We will be closed from Monday 3rd to Friday 7th July, and will re-open at 8:00am on the 10th July.
‘Tis the season to be crazy
The 2016-17 financial year has been the busiest ever in K-Line Ag’s 24-year history. We have taken what we used to call our ‘quiet season’ and renamed it ‘busy season’, and now ‘busy season’ is called ‘crazy season’! I know, sounds crazy, right? But it’s true and it’s all thanks to you, our clients (and of course, our fantastic products don’t harm the cause either!)
Yes, we’re abandoning the post (but no need to worry, it’s just for a week!)
During our shutdown week, all staff will be on leave and will not be available to take your calls. Our staff have been working very hard and deserve a well-earned break so we have done this in the middle of the year to enable you, our valued customers, to be impacted in the smallest way possible.
For our Resellers – key dates
We would like to ask you to submit any anticipated Bulk Spare Parts orders by the 16th June, and Small Spare Parts orders by 27th June, to ensure you have the Spare Parts to service your customers during our shutdown week.
We have strong confidence in your backup and support during this period. You’re a big part of our team and we couldn’t do it without you.
And finally, a massive thank you to all of our clients & stakeholders!
Resellers, Clients, Machine Users, Staff, Agronomists – you know who you are! You have made this year possible and we can’t thank you enough. We know we may have had some issues here and there, and with a fast-growing company, that is to be expected. But remember, we are first and foremost customer conscious, and you are our most important asset. If we get it wrong or we get it right, keep giving us your feedback! We can always improve and we care about what you think.
